Order Processing: Once you place your order, you'll receive an order confirmation email. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. If there are any unexpected delays, we’ll reach out to you immediately.

Shipping Methods:

• Standard Shipping: Small items ship with UPS, FedEx, or USPS. They usually do not need a delivery signature.
• Freight Shipping: Large or heavy items ship with a box truck to your curbside or loading dock. They will schedule a delivery appointment when the shipment is in your area.
  

Delivery Timeline:

• Processing: Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your order in our system.
• Handling Time: Some items take longer than others to get ready for shipment. This product should ship out in 3-5 Business Days from the time it is processed.
• Transit Time: Once shipped, we’ll send a tracking number. Ground orders take 1–5 business days, while freight shipments may take 3–10 business days depending on location.

Delivery Appointment: For freight deliveries, the carrier will contact you to set a delivery time. Someone must be present to receive the delivery.

Standard Return Policy: If you need to return your product, you may do so within 30 days. Products eligible for return must be like new, undamaged, and must contain all original product packaging and accessories.

Restocking Fee: Any outright returns will incur a restocking fee (brand specific). Customer is also responsible for any shipping costs throughout the return process.

Standard Return Process:

• Please contact Footbix by emailing us at support@footbix.com to initiate the return.
• Reference your 4-digit order number and provide photos of all the items being returned.
• All returns must be approved. Upon acceptance of the return, we will provide you with the return shipping address, or a pre-paid shipping label.
• Once your items are received in inspected, and approved for a refund, we will initiate your refund to your original payment method.

Cancellations: Orders must be canceled within 24 hours to avoid a 3% merchant processing fee. If you need to cancel an order, please do so immediately by emailing support@footbix.com. If an order has left the warehouse, the customer is responsible for return shipping cost as well as the 3% merchant processing fee.

If an order is canceled after it has shipped, it will be treated as a regular 30-day return and will be subject to return shipping cost and restocking fees that are the responsibility of the customer.
